1. Songpi yarn

The performance of loose skin yarn on the package is that part of the yarn is not spun onto the package according to the normal winding method, but is much narrower than the width of the package. It is not tightly wound on the surface of the package, but is relatively loose. Unwinding cannot be done normally when unwinding at high speed.

The reason for this phenomenon is that the yarn tension is too small, and the reason for the yarn tension is too small as follows:

One is that there may be granular impurities or large flying flowers between the two tension bowls, causing the tension bowl to not rotate, the tension bowl does not work, the yarn tension is too small, and the yarn probe is lifted to spin, causing loose skin yarn;

The third is spinning outside the tension, the yarn does not pass through the normal passage, the tension is small, so that the yarn detecting rod is lifted to spin, causing the loose skin yarn.

Take corresponding measures for the causes of the above loose skin yarn: if there are impurities or flying flowers between the tension bowls, clean the impurities or flying flowers in time, strengthen the quality supervision of employees, and improve their sense of responsibility and quality awareness.

The maintenance worker frequently overhauls the yarn detecting rod, and timely repairs the automatic stop box when the yarn detecting rod is found to be out of order to create a good production environment for employees.

Reduce the number of times of external spinning under tension, and deal with the loose skin yarn on the package in time, and remove that part of the yarn to prevent the loose skin yarn from continuing to be wound onto the package, which will cause adverse effects to the enterprise.

2. Overlapping yarn

Overlapping yarns are caused by excessive runout of the grooved drum, unstable rotation or failure of the intermittent device of the grooved drum machine. Sometimes, improper spindle angles can easily produce overlapping yarns. When such spindles occur, they must be repaired in time and the overlapping packages should be reversed.

3. Worn yarn

Worn yarn is divided into two situations, one is that the surface of the package is worn away, and the other is that the big end of the package is worn away.

The abraded bobbin yarn on the surface of the bobbin is caused by the damage of the self-stop box, which causes the yarn to break. The lathe puts a heavy object on the yarn detecting rod, which causes the spindle to not lift automatically after the yarn breaks, and cannot find out in time. The yarn follows the grooved drum to rotate for a long time and the surface of the package is worn out.

In this case, the maintenance worker must repair the damaged self-stop box in time. The operator on duty should find the yarn detecting rod of the self-stop box to be repaired and do not handle it by himself.

The phenomenon that the big end of the bobbin is worn out is caused by the loose core of the spindle or the improper position of the grooved cylinder and the spindle. When you find this phenomenon, don't use the grinding spindle blindly, let it be repaired before using it.

4. Poorly formed yarn

Poorly formed packages are due to yarn marks on the guide groove of the grooved cylinder or improper operation which causes the yarn to deviate.

For this kind of spindle, the trough should be repaired and ground, and the trough should be stopped when cleaning, so as not to damage the trough and affect the formation of the tube. For those with loose cores, repair them in time after discovery.

5. unqualified joints

For unqualified joints, there are several phenomena such as looping of knots, low knot strength, and large knot hairiness.

For the quality control of the knots, let the turner on duty develop the habit of checking knots, and bad joints cannot enter the inside of the bobbin.

The security personnel shall check the splicing quality of the splicer every day to ensure the splicing qualification rate of the splicer. In the process of knotting, it is easy to happen the phenomenon of thread attachment.

In this case, during the operation, don't let the yarn waste floated out of your hands too long, so as not to bring in the cotton yarn and form the yarn waste and affect the inner quality of the cheese.

6. coiling

The winding inside the bobbin is caused by improper operation of the turner. When driving again after parking, press the handle of the auto-stop box if the yarn is not pulled tightly, and the yarn twist can easily cause the yarn to curl.

For this phenomenon, it is necessary to strengthen the training of the on-duty lathes, improve their quality awareness and operation level, make them proficient in operation methods, and reduce the occurrence of winding.

7. flying yarn defect

The flying yarn defects in the cone yarn are formed by the flying flowers entering the cone yarn behind the electronic yarn clearer during the winding process. It may also be caused by the missing cut of the electronic yarn clearer that causes the yarn defects formed in the spun yarn to enter the cone yarn. .

The quality of this kind of package should be completed by strengthening the cleaning management, strengthening the cleaning around the spindle, and ensuring the blowing effect of the blower. Check and repair the clearing effect of the electronic yarn clearer, reduce the number of missed cuts, and effectively reduce the flying yarn defects in the package.
