What are the dyeing processes of various dyes in the laboratory?

1) Reactive material dyeing process


①. Active material constant temperature dyeing process:

Dyestuffs, pre-dyeing auxiliary/salt, cloth alkali agent 60℃ (applicable at 85℃) X 10' holding time post-treatment post-treatment: washing → over HAC (~1') → washing → boiling (95°C) X5')→washing water→softening→dehydration→drying→steam blowing→air-conditioning→nail board


②. Active material (60℃/85℃) heating method dyeing process:

 Dye water/pre-dye auxiliaries/alkali agent temperature ℃X holding time 10min room temperature 20' 10' post-treatment post-treatment: washing → over HAC (1') → washing → boiling (95°CX5') → Washing water → softening → dehydrating → drying → blowing steam → blowing air-conditioning → nail plate


2) Direct dyeing process:


Dyestuffs, water additives, cloth 95℃X20’ straight rise, room temperature 10’ post-processing post-processing: water washing → softening → dehydration → drying → steam blowing → air conditioning → nail board


3) Disperse dye dyeing process:


 Dyestuffs, water additives, cloth 130℃X heat preservation time direct post-treatment (heat preservation time: ACE material heat preservation time 15', other dye content is less than or equal to 1%, heat preservation time 30'; dye content is greater than 1%, heat preservation time 45min if The heating rate of special processes such as dyeing microfiber is adjusted according to the actual situation.)


Post-processing:

a. The total amount of dye is greater than 0.5% for reduction cleaning (RC): NaOH (liquid) 4g/l Na2S2O4 3g/l85℃X20' washing water → over acid → washing water → softening → dehydration, drying → steam blowing → blowing Air Conditioning→Pegboard

b. The total amount of dye is less than or equal to 0.5%: washing water → dehydration, drying → blowing steam → blowing air-conditioning → nail plate


4) Cationic dyeing process


Dye water 98℃X30~60' (or 120℃ as required) Na2SO4 (or leveling agent) HAC room temperature straight-up post-treatment (the amount of dye is less than or equal to 0.3%, the holding time is 30'; the amount of dye is greater than 0.3%, the holding time 60min; the amount of dye is greater than 0.3%, the holding time is 60min) Post-processing: washing → boiling 1g/L anionic soap lotion 80℃X10' → washing → softening → drying → blowing steam → blowing air-conditioning → nail plate


5), acid dyeing process


Dye water additive cloth 98℃×heating time 40℃1.5℃/min (the amount of dye is less than or equal to 1%, the holding time is 30'; the amount of dye is greater than 1%, the holding time is 45min) Post-treatment: washing water → 95°C hot water 3'→ washing water → softening → dehydration → drying → blowing steam → blowing air-conditioning → nail plate


6) Formula and technology for cooking cloth in laboratory:  


①. Cotton ordinary boiled cloth: 1g/L scouring agent 4  g/L NaOH (concentration 27.5 Be0) 6g/L  H2O2 (concentration 17.6%) 98℃x45 'washing water 0.5 g/L HAC wash once and boil hot water 10' wash water


②. Cotton deep, deep-colored boiled cloth (used for production of duplicate samples): 1g/L scouring agent 4  g/L NaOH 98℃x30 'washing water 0.5 g/L HAC wash once and boil hot water 10’washing water

③. Chemical fiber: 1g/L degreasing agent boiled in hot water and 10' wash water
