In production, acid dyes dyed with strong acid baths are mainly used to dye wool, while acid dyes dyed with weak acid baths and neutral baths can be used for dyeing silk and nylon in addition to wool
Strong acid dye color process: the fabric is dyed at 30 ~ 40 ℃, heated to boiling at a rate of 1 ℃ / 1 ~ 1.5min, then boiled and dyed for 45 ~ 75min, and then washed and dried.
Weak acid dye color process: the fabric is dyed at 50 ~ 60 ℃, heated to 70 ℃ at a rate of 1 ℃ / 1.5min, then heated to boiling at a rate of 1 ℃ / 2 ~ 4min, and dyed for 45 ~ 75min, Then wash and dry.
The dyeing process of neutral dyes is basically the same as that of weak acid dyes. Due to the large tendency of dye aggregation, poor level dyeing and poor migration, you can slow down the heating rate appropriately or use segmented heating.
