Textile industry is the use of silicone foam dosage, one of the most departments in eight major fabric processing process (namely, sizing, weaving and spinning to pulp, scouring, bleaching, dyeing, tie-dye and finishing), there are four processes (sizing, scouring, dyeing, and finishing) require the use of surfactants and other additives, thus there are different degree of bubbles.
For example, in the process of dyeing, levelling and bleaching, permeant is often added to the dyeing of thick fabrics to improve the dyeing uniformity. For example, nylon printing, also solvent "bubble edge" and affect product quality. If adding silicone oil emulsion defoaming agent or using it together with octanol as defoaming agent, it can solve the problem of foam, improve the leveling effect and the stability of color paste. It needs to be pointed out that the quality of defoaming agent used in dyeing and finishing of fiber fabrics is strictly required.
If the stability of the defoaming agent is not good, oil stains or stains may appear on the fabric, making the product downgrade or called waste products. Therefore, the properties of defoaming agents, bath formula and acid, alkaline, finishing temperature and stirring conditions should be carefully selected. Silicone oil emulsion defoaming agent is often used for general fabrics. For polyester fabric dyeing at high temperature (above 130℃), self-emulsifying modified silicone oil defoaming agent is often used.
